Description:
this is my bored and lazy food. if it sounds anything other than intriguing to you, sod off.
it's your regular egg mayo sandwich with added zest. crispy on the outside, warm n mushy on the inside. with generous amounts of cheese and mayo.

Ingredients:
6 slices of white bread.
3 eggs
2 chicken franks
3 slices of cheese
1 tbl spoon of mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Directions:
1. boil eggs for 10 - 15 mins depending on where you store your eggs. until hard boiled
2. toast chicken franks and slice them up.
2. peel and mash the eggs and add the mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. mix thoroughly.
3. toast 1 cheese on 1 slice of bread lightly, until cheese begins to melt.
4. put egg mayo mixture on the cheese and sprinkle the frank slices on top. place a fresh piece of bread on top. voila.
6. repeat for the other 2 sandwiches. got 3 remember?
