ahh yes. after much persuasion or rather some clarification, my dad managed to grab 4 days' worth of leave! see he originally thought i said 2nd AND 3rd week of july when i actually said 2nd OR 3rd week of july. poor old man's been losing his hearing ever since his first taste of satay. (he chomped down 40 sticks when he first came to singapore)

anyways, we should be flying off on the 15th and come back on the 19th. or in any other combination within that window. both david and jyn pin ( the director and his assistant respectively) were stoked... "oh my god i think your episode is gonna be the most interesting one man!" i hope so dude. i'd hate to have an anti climax on national television. summer in japan. that'll be a first for me. : )

my sister's throwing tantrums cos she absolutely loves japan and has only been back once. if i had a choice i'd say she needs more of a root finding than me. haha. but well...2 tickets only all expenses paid and it's me and daddy of course. it is after all, his family we're talking about.

nana's pre wedding celebration at homeclub tomorrow. another night of frunk....hahaha did i just say FRUNK? i meant drunk la amigos... drunk dungeonites. the lame freestyling from kenny the chigga, the loud profanities from the ahbeng in disguise pontack, and a shrill american accent ever so crisp from dezzie wong cos like he doesn't drink so never slurs and yea well you get my point.

i actually ran for real today. none of that bullshit run abit to warm up before weights thing. i did a certain rather embarrassing distance in good form man. haha. i won't declare the mileage until it's respectable. i might run again tomorrow if i can wake up early. for now, it's bedtime kids. finish your glass of milk. good night.

oh yes darlin there's a starbucks there. they even got starbucks in the forbidden city for god's sake... they're EVERYwhere.
